Refund Policy
By purchasing a PrettiMas costume, you agree that all payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Due to the nature of our business, costumes are custom made to your size request, therefore Prettimas International does not provide refunds.
All payments made are final and non-refundable.
In the event that you cannot make it to carnival or carnival is postponed by no fault of Prettimas International, refunds are not issued but costumes will be held until a new date has been set.
Customers however do have the option of selling their own costumes and informing us of the new registrant's information.
Pickup Policy
The costume distribution schedule will be emailed to all masqueraders, posted to our website, and advertised on our social media pages.
The final date of costume distribution is Carnival Friday, after which all uncollected costumes are no longer available, and will be put for sale!
